Stanford University, Escondido Village

CEL is providing special inspections and materials testing for Escondido Village, a new dormitory pavilion at Stanford University.

The project includes four 10-story dormitories, a pavilion, and a parking garage. The expansion will house 2,431 university graduate students. Proposed amenities for the project include a market, café/pub, and indoor and outdoor community spaces, in addition to huddle rooms, computer clusters, and messy art spaces.
