Napa Soscol Water Recycling Facility, Repairs, Renovations & Pipeline Improvements
CEL is providing anchor and welding inspections for repairs and renovations of Napa Sanitation District’s Soscal Water Recycling Facility (SWRF). The team is also performing pipeline improvements throughout the district.

Ross Valley Gravity Sewer Improvements
CEL is providing special inspection and materials testing services on the Ross Valley Gravity Sewer improvements project. The primary objective of this project is to relieve hydraulic and structural deficiencies in the area, and to abandon an inverted siphon under Sleepy Hollow Creek at Willow Way. The project includes rehabilitation of approximately 8,700 feet of sewer pipeline.

SVCW System Improvements & Pump Station Replacements
CEL is providing special inspection and materials testing services for Silicon Valley Clean Water as part of their Clean Water System Improvement projects. The project includes replacing and rehabilitating its pump stations, treatment plant, and Forcemain to ensure reliability and public health.

Silicon Valley Power Electrical Sub Stations Expansion & Improvements
CEL is providing special inspection and materials testing services for Silicon Valley Power for their electrical substation expansion projects in both San Jose and Santa Clara. The project’s inspection scope includes grading observation, soil testing, compaction testing, concrete placement and sampling, and concrete testing.
