This new home for Netflix sits on a 22-acre site featuring a campus consisting of two new 3-story and two new 4-story office buildings totaling 525,000 square feet. The project also includes one new parking structure to accommodate 955 cars with a bridge spanning between two of the office buildings. This building skin features metal panels, glass and GFRC, and the site includes new paved parking areas and outdoor seating areas.
CEL’s scope of services included reinforced concrete, shotcrete, non-shrink grout, shop welding and field welding, field welding ultrasonic, concrete sampling, fireproofing, anchor/dowel installation, floor flatness / floor levelness, compaction testing with a nuclear gauge, post-tensioned concrete, post-tensioned stressing, high strength bolting, waterproofing, masonry grout, and masonry placement inspections.
