Consolidated Engineering Laboratories (CEL) provided testing and inspection services for this $12 million expansion to the existing hospital, expanding the capacity an additional 50 beds. The proposed new structure will have semi-private rooms, a nurses’ station, staff offices, a day room, a quiet room, and other services.
CEL’s scope of services included reinforced concrete, pre-cast concrete, masonry, structural and miscellaneous steel, post-installed anchors, non-shrink grout, and ceiling wire inspections and all associated materials testing.
